If you are a property owner and looking for property managers DO NOT GO WITH THESE GUYS. Heres why:We entrusted our Bundaberg house to these guys. Having lived overseas for a long time and then back in toowoomba we expected these guys to be doing their job so we can travel. What a big mistake!! Once the tenants lease was over, these guys didnt even bother to notify the tenants to renew their lease. When we asked them we were given an extremely RUDE answer from the so called owner that well theyre still paying rent so whats your problem? THEN we moved to a different real estate, our tenants moved out only to find out these idiots at Coral Coat never did an entry report. So when our tenants trashed the place, we had no report to show what the place looked like when they first moved in, leaving us out of pocket. We are now extremely HAPPY with the Bundaberg Property Gallery where they do seem to know how to properly manage rentals for home owners. Dont waste your time on coral coast realty!
