Do not use under any circumstance. My rental property was destroyed by bad tenants they failed to inspect when they should have.
ANP is the worst real estate I have ever rented through. I got shafted for the bill to fix things that were already wrong with the property before I moved in. I have never lost any portion of a rental bond before renting with ANP who thought it necessary to take more than 50% of my bond with them. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
