We have had a long season with Century 21 as our supposed Rental agent .comming up to 7 years .Praying things might improve . Not an investment home our own home . We pay twice the rent we receive to stay employed. But 2019 may see a change Of guard we finally have an amazing tennant. Oh that's right a rent reduction of 50 big ones per week. may have caused this . We have had a number of unusual tennants some of which in desperation we found our self long distance finding , doesn't work . But when you can not trust you agent to work for you. The cat lady (100 cats conservative number) being the out going tennnt .Almost imposible situations arise ruined all carpets removed, swimming pool almost destroyed gardens what garden ??? when your AGENTS. don't do the job,and are not successful at collecting unpaid rent or keeping you informed that it hasn't been paid .our experience has not been good we need a good agent.
The lovely staff will do anything they can to make moving house easier.
