Great school holiday location, ducks turtles eels ibis, good food, enjoy the train. Excellent new playground except for the burning heat on 35 degree day.
I have been wanting to visit the Hinkler Hall of Aviation for so long as my mothers family had a connection to Bert Hinklers mother. I loved it so much, my husband who isn't much into history was absolutely amazed with the display and information. I'd dearly love to take my mother for a visit to reminisce. If you are in the region I'd highly recommend a visit.
We enjoyed our visit to the Hinkler Hall of aviation. There are many interactive exhibits to keep the kids entertained and in general the displays we interesting and informative.
Had a great time with the family. An Australian icon we knew little to nothing about. Definitely recommend a visit here if you are in the area
Loved it. Visited this with my daughter, and found it be very informative and intriguing. A great way to remember the achievement of a true Aussie pioneering aviator. You can easily spend a couple of hours there. Well laid out, with a variety of displays.
