Long queues which could definitely be managed better and not the best kfc experience overall. But that said, aside from the rediculously long and unpleasant wait with noone giving any indication of how long the wait would be, the chicken was probably the best I have had from kfc in the last decade. Mixed feelings about going back only because of the wait.

food was okay. service staff is nice an the place was clean. Lighting was a bit too dim, but that could also be because ir was about to close.

Food was old (especially the chips - almost inedible), very oily chicken and the employee stuffed up the simple order even when told twice what was wanted. Not happy. Won't be going back in a hurry
