Very unsatisfied with customer service at the Bundaberg store. The employee was obviously having a bad night but he treated me feel like it was my fault. Left the store feeling very anxious and upset. Will not be going back to Dominos.
Hit and miss with quality. It is expected with fast food but some other dominos have it worked out. Delivery drivers are very nice. We order online so we dont get to see the other side but is a very convenient fast food. Also cheap when using vouchers or deals. Sometimes more for than we need. 3 pizzas 2 garlic bread and 2 drinks is just a little too much but somehow is cheaper than ordering 2 pizzas garlic bread and coke. Will probably change soon.
4.5, they're pretty good on the service and the pizza is consistently edible
Pizzas are overpriced and tiny in size. Very disappointed. My son placed a phone order and asked for $32 deal and when my other son arrived to pick up the order he was charged close to $40...Very very ordinary. Not only have the pizza sizes reduced but you are now not honouring deals.
What can you say about the masters of fast food. Great menu range and always ready when I go to collect. The staff look overworked and are covered in flour but are always happy to greet you and help you get on your way quickly.
