Absolute bastards!! Tried to get help and there was 1 person on the counter, noone on the floor or front door! As a result I bought the wrong printer cartridge and am unable to take it back as I opened it. Now I'm out $141!!! NEVER WILL I GO BACK. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!!!
Absolutely hopeless!! 6 staff, 6 customers but we have to wait for 15 minutes for printing because only 1 computer is working. After 15 minutes one of the many staff standing around said 'oh there is a self serve section' ... but fails to say you need to pre-purchase a card for a set amount so you need to know exactly how many pages you have to print. Have had trouble twice here before with over charging too... Please someone open a decent competition store!
