A hidden gem! One of my highlights during my visit to Bundaberg.The owner is such a great person and really knowledgeable and helpful. A wonderful selection of top class gear available in the store, I spent hours in there looking around. Hope to return one day.
I'm not sure yet, I stopped in there for some last minute Finger-Ease as I had a gig in Bundaberg and it was a humid day....and they were shut.....next time I'll revise my rating.

The owner is awesome but has dodgy choice in staff. Got my guitar fixed here and although the job was good. I'm happy with the end result, I want exactly pleased with the customer service. The fella who fixed my guitar was rude, obnoxious, and flashy. I wanted to play a guitar and he said I could but after about five minutes said, "my style was too percussive" and he proceeded to take the guitar from my hands and clean it as if I had done something wrong with it. I had quite a few stickers on my guitar which he had promised to leave in tact as much as possible. when I got my guitar back it had 3 completely removed and household sticky tape wrapped around the entire body holding one on. In addition to all of this, I got my guitar back with nylon strings (which I hate) without him asking me what type I wanted. Not pleased.
