Absolutely abysmal service. Customer service was appauling. Was given a time for my vehicle to be done by but was told that because I was one of the early bookings it'll be done early. Vehicle wasn't even ready until 30mins AFTER the latest time they provided. When J asked about the complaints and feedback procedure no-one knew not even the manager of the department. I was told to email feedback but wasn't provided an email until I asked the office girl who had no idea. I'm very dissapointed in BMG. I was stuck up town all day with a new baby who was tired and over stimulated from being out in the pram all day and not being able to go home. There should be a priority for vehicles booked in early and with young families. Not happy!
