Great store, very helpful staff
No chairs provided while waiting for medicine, especially for sick, disabled and old people.
I gave my prescription to the chemist staff and they gave me a beeper to tell me my prescription would be ready in about ten minutes. I waited for over half an hour at the prescription collections area and nothing. I went back to where I had placed my prescription and advised that I'd been waiting for over half an hour and a rude woman said it's only been ten minutes and walked off. The rude woman returned with my prescription and said the buzzer had gone off and the chemist had called my name up to four times blaming me for not collecting and yes it was well over half an hour according to their own prescription registration time. I told the woman to stop telling lies as I was at their counter the whole time. I politely asked the rude woman to return my prescription too me and she replied I'd have to wait, indicating I could have to wait just as long for my prescription. The rude woman disappeared ranting. A couple of minutes later another staff member with manners politely gave me back my prescription. I walked three doors down to another chemist and the young lady with manners served me my prescription within 5 minutes at a cost of $4.60. It leaves a bad taste in ones mouth when a woman with questionable ethics serves a Military Veteran who served his country, trying to pick up his medication caused by that service to his country in such a rude and tasteless manner. Shame on you Chemist Warehouse Bundaberg.
I like the prices of scrips but When you are told not to replace with any other produced and you bring out nurofen instead of Panafen plus and try to tell me it is the same that pisses me off. you should have just came out and said we have no panafen plus. You have NO Right to replace anything with another brand unless you ask the customer.
Best prices I've seen on a whole lot of common products, compared to other pharmacies in the Bundaberg area.
