Having worked with IMPACT for 4 months and seeing the dedication and commitment of their front line staff, I can totally recommend their services.

Very people centered and offers a lot of services. Staff seem to really care about delivering a good service in a friendly environment.
Centrelink made me go to this place because apparently they help people find work. So I went of course, and I thought that going to this place would help me find work. In the two preliminary meetings I went to they told me they'd help me find work, and that our third meeting would be over the phone on the 5th of April (or maybe even March). I am still waiting for that phone call. Don't even bother wasting your time with these people because they don't care at all (I mean, nor do Centrelink but that's whatever).
