Extremely unprofessional and stuff are very rood...I still cant believe what i just experienced down right shocking...Also refused to let me speak to the manager...Lost cause!

I've never had a problem going through with cash converters, have bought, sold, lent multiple items which was easy and fast. Waiting is a little bit of an issue and interest on loans is poor. But other than that staff are usually really nice ( ladies ) .
I am extremely disappointed with this cashies for allowing the manager of buys and loans to be so disrespectful and rude too me. It was unnecessary and so wrong. The unnamed staff member believe he couldn't be repremanded because he was the manager. However head office disagreed and said that attitude is not what cashies wants to represent.
Lack in customer service unfortunately walked out before I purchased anything.
