This clinic is awful specially Ghazal Panahi. This is the result of importing doctors that are not successful in their own country!!
I have never written a google review for anything before, but I felt so passionately that it needed to be said. Do not make an appointment to see Dr Ghazal Panahi. I always give people the benefit of the doubt, but this is the 3rd time I have seen her and I am disgusted. Echoing what has already been said, she is dismissive and lazy. I am a healthy person who goes to the doctor once a year for a script, maybe two if I get sick. On the rare occasion I do go, I would like to be listened to. I am in healthcare and know my body well so its not a massive issue. But I really feel for the layperson who pays an out of pocket cost for a 10 minute appointment and gets 2 minutes of a useless, disinterested doctor.
Yes I agree with most commentsDoctor wasn't exactly rude but I felt as though I was being hurried through & that what I was saying about my symptoms wasn't given much attention.The two phone calls taken during my consult seemed more important

Bunch of incompetent as#holes!!!. The doctor had to cut a mole off my foot, She accidentally stabbed herself my the stitching needle and continued to sew me up with the same needle!!!!. Went there today to get a copy of a cut scan referral and they were closed. Ask the guy to print me one and was told that I would need to attend another appointment to get it printed. So I said so it cost me $50 to get u to print a bit of paper and he said yes, I said this is bulls#it and never coming back!!!!
I have seen good doctors here in the past, however at one stage the staff used one of my b12 injections I paid for that were in their fridge on someone else and never reimbursed me. Additionally, there is a lady doctor there who made me feel like I was asking her to cut her leg off just by daring to make an appointment. The worst slap in the face was when I called to make an appointment after being with the practice as my secondary doctor for years only to be told I would no longner be able to see a doctor as my doctor had left and new doctors were not taking new patients. I am not a new patient! Horrible!
