Booked elsewhere. Perhaps the staff were having a bad morning, however, this does not justify treating a polite and respectful customer who is making a booking with you, quite bluntly and I would say even condescending. Disappointed as B&G do have a reputation for high quality work. Good quality work, unfortunately is only a part of what customers/repeat customers want these days B&G.
Had a problem with electronic brakes on caravan when passing through Bundaberg. Ended up being a problem with the wiring on the car. B&G sorted it straight away and fixed it no fuss at a very reasonable cost . highly recommended
