Fantastic service upon pickup however for the drop off No staff where there when dropping the vehicle off for a return flight back to Brisbane. Not enough car parks for the allocated Hertz zone to drop the vehicle back. Wasnt sure where to park the car back and no one to ask for help. Had to wait for a staff member who once arrived was extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. The car I was given was very clean and tidy but could of possibly done with an air freshener. I would hire from Hertz in Bundaberg again given the choices of car rentals there (4 or 5 different rental companies).
What a joke, closes before the last flight in from Brisbane gets in...
