Wow! Never ever going back at 8:30 on a Friday night! Half an hour waiting on 4 frozens and 4 small sundaes. Parked because of the drive through line. Mistake made! After waiting half an hour, we got gross tasting soft drink and melted ice cream! It was still busy as, so didn't even consider asking for fresher products. It was only that it was my daughter's birthday that I waited
Disorganised chaos in the town Centre store,long wait for what is supposed to be fast food. I'd advise if you are going there for a feed then take a book, your guaranteed to get through a chapter before your food arrives.
Visited twice whilst holidays in Bundaberg. Our order was incomplete on delivery both times. One burger was even minus the beef patty. Staff obviously need more training. Store cleanliness ead also needs addressing.
The service was a little bit packed but that was because it was busy but the food was delicious like normal
On holiday here and have gone to this Maccas for breakfast twice, both times the orange juice has run out of flavor. Breakfast burgers' were good on the first day (even if they left out some of the order, they handled this nicely) , the second time the burgers weren't very nice
